Wing Chun
Our mission is to provide the highest quality martial arts training in a safe and supportive environment. Our core system and main practice is Wing Chun. We are committed to helping each other achieve our goals, whether it's improving physical fitness, learning self-defense skills, or simply having fun. Each and every one of us strives to exercise discipline, respect, and confidence.
MMA
Our Sifu has trained full range of MMA for competition level. We train in a variety of styles to meet the needs of every practitioner, from beginners to advanced. Most of our practitioners have varied backgrounds including Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Aikido and more. Our school is designed to teach new skills, improve on existing ones and overall enrich and enhance your core systems.
Real World Application
Our classes not only teach basic and advanced techniques from day one but also actively practice how to apply them in any real life situation. How to handle yourself in close range, what to do if you get taken to the ground, how to use a persons strength and energy against them. These are just a few examples of what you can expect to take away from learning from every person you come in contact with.
